It is my absolute honour to invite you to GEMS International School’s first Model United Nations Conference 2019!
We are extremely excited to be welcoming you to our school for our first conference and we hope to create a remarkable conference that you will always remember as a journey that you emerged from as a better person. We hope this conference brings to you new friends, new experiences, and new lessons. The opportunity this conference provides you with is one to grow and we hope you grasp it with both hands. Our hope is that when you look back at this conference, you will remember this experience as it provided you the chance to debate, to grow, and to laugh.

My name is Tanvi Tiana Dhingra and I am honored to be serving as Secretary General for GEMS International School's first conference. I was born and brought up in the UAE but am a proud Indian and an avid reader. I first got into MUN 3 years back and it has transformed me and inspired to become a confident, self-assured, and diplomatic leader.

I am Zoya Kherani from Gems International School Al Khail and I am 15 years old. I will be playing the role of executive president for GISMUN. I aim to make this MUN one of the best that you have attended. For the first timers, I would like to say that use this opportunity to grow and boost your confidence.
